What to Expect
This ticket-only option is ideal for independent travelers who prefer to experience Inti Raymi at their own pace while enjoying the best seats available at the festival.
- Immediately after booking, you will receive a confirmation voucher with barcode confirming your reserved Orange Super VIP seats.
- Your final official electronic Inti Raymi tickets will be uploaded to your reservation and emailed to you on June 22.
- Optionally attend the first Inti Raymi ceremony at Qorikancha (Temple of the Sun), which is open to the public and free to watch.
- Optionally attend the second Inti Raymi ceremony at Cusco Main Plaza, also open to the public and free of charge.
- Make your way independently to the Inti Raymi Explanade at Sacsayhuamán, where you will enter the official festival venue using your Orange Super VIP ticket.
- Enjoy a reserved seat in the prestigious Orange Super VIP Section, located just 10 meters (32 feet) from the main stage.

This ticket-only option includes your entrance ticket and reserved Orange Super VIP seat. Transportation and additional services are not included.
- Transportation to and from the Inti Raymi venue is not included. You are responsible for arriving at the Inti Raymi Explanade at Sacsayhuamán no later than 12:30 p.m..
- Due to extensive road closures throughout Cusco on June 24th, taxis, Uber, and other vehicles cannot reach the Inti Raymi venue. Visitors must walk approximately 1.8 km (1.1 miles) from Cusco city center to Sacsayhuamán, which typically takes about 40 minutes.
Important: Although taxis and ride-sharing services such as Uber are available throughout Cusco on the day of Inti Raymi, they cannot access the event area due to police road closures. We recommend allowing extra time for the walk to Sacsayhuamán as thousands of visitors attend the festival.

09:00 a.m. | Optional: Qorikancha Ceremony
You may independently visit Qorikancha (Temple of the Sun) to witness the first Inti Raymi ceremony. This event is open to the public and does not require a ticket.

11:00 a.m. | Optional: Cusco Main Plaza Ceremony
You may independently attend the second Inti Raymi ceremony at Cusco Main Plaza. This ceremony is also free and open to the public.

11:30 a.m. | Walk to Sacsayhuamán
You are responsible for reaching the Inti Raymi venue on your own. Due to extensive road closures throughout Cusco on June 24th, all visitors must walk to the venue. The walk from Cusco city center to the Inti Raymi Explanade at Sacsayhuamán is approximately 1.8 km (1.1 miles) and takes about 40 minutes.

12:30 p.m. | Arrival & Seating
Arrive at the official entrance checkpoint and proceed to your assigned Orange Super VIP seat. You must present your original passport or identity document together with your Inti Raymi entrance ticket, either printed or displayed on your mobile phone.

01:00 p.m. | Inti Raymi Begins
Enjoy the spectacular Festival of the Sun from one of the best seating locations available. Watch the reenactment of the Inca ceremony honoring the Sun God, featuring Pachacútec, military processions, traditional music, colorful costumes, dances, and hundreds of performers representing the four regions of the Inca Empire.

03:00 p.m. | Ceremony Ends
After the conclusion of the ceremony, visitors exit the venue and begin the walk back toward Cusco city center.

Walk back to Cusco at your own pace and continue enjoying the festive atmosphere throughout the city.
Important: Ticket-only holders are responsible for their own transportation, meals, and arrival at Sacsayhuamán before 12:30 p.m. The Orange Super VIP Section provides the closest seats to the main stage and the best photography opportunities during the ceremony.
What to Bring
Since the Inti Raymi ceremony takes place outdoors at Sacsayhuamán and ticket holders must walk to the venue, we recommend bringing the following items for a comfortable experience.
- Your original passport or identity document.
- Comfortable walking or tennis shoes.
- Water to stay hydrated.
- Sun hat or cap.
- Sunglasses.
- Sunscreen with high SPF protection.
- A small roll of toilet paper.
- A small daypack or backpack.
- Snacks for before or after the ceremony.
- Peruvian coins for public restroom access.
Important: All ticket holders must walk approximately 40 minutes from Cusco city center to Sacsayhuamán due to road closures on June 24th. Comfortable footwear, water, and sun protection are highly recommended.

Due to extensive road closures throughout Cusco on June 24th, all visitors must walk from Cusco city center to the Inti Raymi venue at Sacsayhuamán. Participants should be able to comfortably walk approximately 1.8 km (1.1 miles), which takes about 40 minutes. After the ceremony ends, visitors must also walk back to Cusco city center.
Important: This option is not recommended for travelers with significant mobility limitations, as transportation to and from the venue is not included and access requires walking both before and after the event.
Availability
The Inti Raymi Orange Super VIP Ticket is available only once per year during the Inti Raymi Festival in Cusco.
The festival takes place annually on June 24th, and Orange Super VIP tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out.
Important: The Orange Super VIP Section is the most popular seating category at Inti Raymi and typically sells out months in advance. Early booking is strongly recommended.

Terms & Conditions
- Inti Raymi tickets are non-transferable. The participant name and event date cannot be changed after purchase.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to the cancellation policies outlined below.
- Cancellations received 10 days or more before June 24th are subject to a cancellation fee of 50 USD per person.
- Cancellations received with less than 10 days notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservation cost.
- If a participant voluntarily leaves the event early or is unable to attend due to altitude, health conditions, personal reasons, travel delays, or any other circumstance, no refund or reimbursement will be provided.
- Participants are responsible for all expenses incurred due to missing or abandoning the event, including transportation, accommodation, meals, medical treatment, and related costs.
- All visitors are strongly encouraged to have comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accidents, medical expenses, loss of property, trip interruption, and other unforeseen events.
- The Inti Raymi Festival may be modified, interrupted, postponed, or canceled due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, strikes, public safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. If the event is canceled for safety reasons due to force majeure, the maximum refundable amount will be 150 USD per person.
Important: Inti Raymi is held only once per year and ticket availability is extremely limited. By purchasing an Inti Raymi ticket, you acknowledge and accept these booking, cancellation, and force majeure policies.
