- Immediately after booking, you will receive a confirmation voucher with barcode confirming your reservation, including your Orange Super VIP seat, round-trip bus transportation, and lunch box.
- Your confirmation voucher guarantees that your services have been reserved. The voucher can be viewed and downloaded from your online reservation at any time.
- On June 22, your final official electronic Inti Raymi tickets will be issued and uploaded to your reservation. They will also be sent to the email address used during booking.
- Check in with our staff between 10:15 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. at Plazoleta Santa Teresa, located only a 5-minute walk from Cusco Main Plaza. Our team will assist you before boarding the official Inti Raymi tourist bus.

Due to special traffic restrictions throughout Cusco during Inti Raymi, transportation from your hotel to the event meeting point cannot be provided.
- Transportation from your hotel to the meeting point is not included.
- Participants are responsible for arriving at Plazoleta Santa Teresa between 10:15 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. for check-in and bus boarding. The meeting point is located only a 5-minute walk from Cusco Main Plaza.
Important: Due to road closures throughout Cusco's Historic Center on June 24th, taxis and vehicles may not be able to reach your hotel directly. We recommend allowing extra time to reach Plazoleta Santa Teresa, especially during Inti Raymi when thousands of visitors gather throughout the city.

Our staff will welcome you at Plazoleta Santa Teresa, where you will check in using your original passport. After registration, you will board the official Inti Raymi tourist bus that will transport you to the ceremonial grounds at Sacsayhuamán.

10:45 a.m. | Departure to Sacsayhuamán
The Inti Raymi buses depart for the festival venue. During the journey, you will receive your lunch box to take with you, as food is not sold inside the event area.

11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. | Arrival & Seating Assistance
Upon arrival at Sacsayhuamán, you will pass through the official security checkpoint and receive the official Inti Raymi program booklet. Our staff will then escort you to your reserved seats in the Orange Super VIP Section.

01:00 p.m. | Inti Raymi Ceremony Begins
Witness the spectacular Festival of the Sun as hundreds of performers recreate the most important ceremony of the Inca Empire. The celebration includes traditional music, dances, military processions, offerings to the Sun God, and the appearance of the Inca Pachacútec. Although the ceremony is performed primarily in Quechua, the official booklet allows visitors to easily follow each stage of the event.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, our staff will direct participants to the designated transportation area for the return trip to Cusco.

The buses normally return to Plazoleta Santa Teresa. Depending on police traffic management and road closures, the drop-off point may occasionally be relocated to Limacpampa Plaza.

What to Bring
Inti Raymi takes place outdoors at Sacsayhuamán and visitors spend several hours exposed to the sun. We recommend bringing the following items to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Tip: Sacsayhuamán is located at high altitude and there is very little shade during the ceremony. Bringing water, sun protection, and comfortable footwear will greatly improve your Inti Raymi experience.
Fitness Level
The Inti Raymi Tour is rated Very Easy and is suitable for travelers of all ages.
No hiking or strenuous physical activity is required. However, participants should be able to walk comfortably for approximately 10 minutes between the tourist bus drop-off point and their assigned seats at the Inti Raymi venue in Sacsayhuamán.
This tour is ideal for families, seniors, and travelers looking to experience one of Peru's most important cultural events without demanding physical activity.
Availability
The Inti Raymi Festival is celebrated only once per year on June 24th in Cusco, Peru.
Because this is the most important Inca celebration and one of the largest cultural events in South America, tickets are extremely limited and advance reservations are highly recommended.
Important: The Orange Super VIP Section is one of the first seating categories to sell out each year. We strongly recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred seats.

Terms & Conditions
- Inti Raymi tickets and reservations are non-transferable. The participant name and travel date cannot be changed after booking.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to the cancellation policies outlined below.
- Cancellations received 10 days or more before June 24th are subject to a cancellation fee of 50 USD per person.
- Cancellations received with less than 10 days notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total tour cost.
- If a participant voluntarily leaves or abandons the tour due to altitude, health conditions, personal reasons, or any other circumstance, no refund or reimbursement will be provided.
- Participants are responsible for all additional expenses resulting from abandoning the tour, including but not limited to accommodation, meals, transportation, medical treatment, and related costs.
- All travelers are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accidents, medical expenses, trip interruption, loss of personal belongings, and any other unforeseen circumstances.
- The Inti Raymi Festival may be modified, interrupted, postponed, or canceled due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, strikes, public safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. If the event is canceled for safety reasons due to force majeure, the maximum refundable amount will be 150 USD per person.
